All ferry tickets and hotel rooms provided in the package are based on the base category by default. Any upgradation of ferry class or hotel room category will be chargeable extra and subject to availability.
All speed boat transfers, including island transfers and sightseeing boats, are on a sharing basis unless specifically mentioned as private in the package.
Ferry tickets, boat tickets, hotel bookings, and other services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Any increase in government taxes, ferry fare, entry tickets, fuel charges, or service charges after booking confirmation will be payable by the guest.
Guests are requested to carry valid government photo ID proof during the entire trip. PAN Card will not be accepted as identity proof.
Sightseeing and transfers may be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, technical issues, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be provided wherever possible, but no refund or compensation will be applicable for unused services.
Water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walk, jet ski, parasailing, kayaking, etc. are completely subject to weather conditions and operational permissions. Safety instructions given by activity operators must be followed strictly.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. The company will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of luggage or valuables.
Any additional expenses caused due to flight delay, flight cancellation, bad weather, medical emergency, personal reasons, or any situation beyond company control shall be borne directly by the guest.
AC in vehicles may be switched off during hilly roads, ferry boarding areas, traffic congestion, or while the vehicle is parked, as per local transport regulations.
Cab services are provided only for point-to-point transfers and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. Vehicles are not on disposal unless specifically mentioned.
Unused services, skipped sightseeing, missed transfers, or no-show by the guest will not be eligible for any refund.
In case any guest damages hotel property, ferry property, vehicle, or any service equipment, the cost of damage will be payable directly by the guest.
Package rates are calculated based on the number of persons mentioned during booking. Any change in passenger count may lead to revision of package cost.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per company cancellation policy and supplier rules.
The company acts only as a booking and coordination agent for hotels, ferries, transport, cruises, and activity operators. We are not responsible for service interruption caused by third-party operators.
By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest accepts all the above terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy – Andaman Tour Packages
Cancellation request must be informed to the company in written form through email or WhatsApp from the registered contact number.
Cancellation request received after 5:30pm will accept on next working date.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the date of cancellation before the travel date.
The following cancellation policy will apply on the total package cost:
30 days or more before arrival date: Rs. 1000/- per pax cancellation charges
15 to 29 days before arrival date: 40% cancellation charges
07 to 14 days before arrival date: 60% cancellation charges
Less than 07 days before arrival date: 100% cancellation charges
Ferry tickets, cruise tickets, flight tickets, and water activity bookings may carry separate cancellation charges as per supplier policy and may be completely non-refundable in some cases.
In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or unused services during the trip, no refund will be applicable.
Refund process will be initiated only after receiving cancellation confirmation from all concerned hotels, ferry operators, and service providers.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after deduction of cancellation charges and banking charges.
If any credit note received from Hotel on cancellation of booking, will forward to guest.
If the trip is cancelled or interrupted due to bad weather, sea conditions, natural calamities, flight cancellation, government restrictions, strikes, political disturbance, pandemic situations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond company control, the company will not be liable for full refund or compensation.
Date change or rescheduling request will be considered subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional charges may apply.
During peak season, long weekends, festive dates, Christmas, and New Year period, booking amount may become completely non-refundable after confirmation.
All disputes related to cancellation and refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands only.
By confirming the booking and making payment, the guest agrees to the above cancellation policy.
Payment Policy – Andaman Tour Packages
To confirm the booking, guests are required to pay an advance amount as communicated by the company at the time of booking.
The remaining balance amount must be cleared before the start of the tour or upon arrival in Andaman, as informed during booking confirmation.
Ferry tickets, cruise tickets, flight tickets, and certain hotels may require full payment in advance for confirmation.
All bookings are subject to confirmation only after receipt of payment and payment acknowledgement from the company.
Package cost may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed with advance payment.
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Online Transfer, or other approved payment methods shared by the company.
Guests are requested to share payment screenshot or transaction reference number after making payment for quick confirmation.
Any bank charges, transaction charges, gateway charges, or currency conversion charges applicable during payment shall be borne by the guest.
In case payment is not received within the given deadline, the company reserves the right to release hotel rooms, ferry tickets, transport, and other services without prior notice.
Partial payment does not guarantee booking confirmation unless specifically confirmed by the company in writing.
Any additional services, activity upgrades, room upgrades, or extra sightseeing requested during the trip must be paid immediately.
Cash payment above the government-approved limit will not be accepted as per applicable Indian law.
GST and other applicable government taxes will be charged extra wherever applicable unless specifically mentioned as inclusive.
Guests are advised to verify the official company account details before making payment. The company will not be responsible for payment made to unauthorized accounts or individuals.
Once payment is made, it will be considered that the guest has accepted all booking terms, cancellation policy, and payment policy of the company.
Any payment dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands only.
